To Reserve a Ride on Shabbos or Yom Tov*:

2. If you are making the call, use a shinuy when activating your phone. If you
are in hospital, ask the staff to call for you.
3. Call 773-508-0311, wait for prompt #3
4. Inform the dispatcher of rider’s name, pick-up location, destination
5. Wait for Dispatcher to confirm ride has been assigned.
